Administering Encompass
Encompass is a powerful system that can be configured to support the way your company does business, no matter what that is. In this course, we cover the installation and registration process and setting up Encompass.

Configuring Encompass
Many areas of Encompass can be pre-configured to save valuable time during the origination process. In this class, we will walk you through understanding and setting up all of these templates and tables. In addition, we will cover other possible system setup areas that may be available to users in your company, depending on the access rights assigned by your system administrator.
Course highlights include how to set-up file rights, custom fields, logs, templates and tables, personal settings.

Originating Through Encompass
Encompass helps loan officers develop and manage client relationships, even while enabling them to gather data, quickly pre-qualify clients, and instantly monitor their pipelines. This course includes valuable tips and tools to help loan officers become more efficient business people and more effective with the processing staff.
Course highlights include creating and importing loan files, managing the pipeline, ordering services, communicating with processors.

Processing Through Encompass
Loan Processors logging into Encompass can immediately view their personal loan pipelines and the status of each loan. In this class, processors learn how to manage their pipelines and submit loans through Encompass while seamlessly working with other necessary mortgage professionals (loan officers, service providers, lenders).
Course highlights include managing your pipeline, managing alerts, working with forms (1003, TIL, GFE, etc.), ordering services (credit, flood, etc.), document tracking, communications log, loan transaction log, printing documents.

This course shows you how to process all your loan origination transactions through Encompass, building efficiency by originating more loans in less time. Using My ePASS on Encompass lets you do much more than order credit and title electronically, it provides simple, secure, error-free lender and AU submissions, AVN, appraisals, flood certificates, insurance, tax services, and more.
